About this tool

This free online tuner listens through your microphone and shows the note you play, its offset in cents and its exact frequency against a reference pitch — a chromatic tuner that works for guitar, bass, ukulele, violin and voice.

Pitch detection is performed by your own browser and the microphone opens only after you start the tuner; no audio is recorded or uploaded.

How it works
